Shree Dwarkadhishji Mandir

Shree Dwarkadhishji Mandir, is a Hindu temple dedicated to God Krishna, who is worshiped here by the name Dwarkadhish, or 'King of Dwarka’, located at Babulnath Main road, shining in its glory since last more than 150 years.

The Mandir is a religious place gaining prominence and is a guiding force to all the Hindus due to the “Shraddha” bestowed by the “Bhakts”.

The Darshan is open to all without discrimination on any religion, caste, creed or even gender. The main attraction of the temple is that this temple doesn’t believe in any kind of “andh Shraddha” or “blind faith/belief” in and of any kind and also Shree Dwarkadhsihji’s Darshan can be done even while just passing by the road by foot or vehicle as there is no obstruction kept in between the bhakt’s( Devotees) and Lord Shree Dwarkadhish.

Our temple spreads the message of love the Lord rather than worship him with fear i.e. “ BE GOD LOVING PEOPLE AND NOT GOD FEARING”. Our temple preaches this simple mantra of love thyself and others as preached by Dwarkadhishji himself. The Teachings of Krishna as Lord Shree Dwarkadhish, is conveyed through various Utsavs( festives ) that are conducted throughout the year

Dhwajaji

On top of the temple “Shikhar” the symbol of love and devotion is depicted on the Kesri Dhwaja(flag) which consists of the symbols of love and peace of Shree Krishna’s Bansi(Flute) and Morpankh( peacock feather) with inscribed words “ Jai Dwarkadhish”. Dhwaja is the symbol of the love, prosperity and the glory of Lord Shree Dwarkadhishji. When the path(door) of the temple is shut, the bhakts( Devottes ) pay respect and shower love to Him by doing Darshan of the Dhwajaji.
